Custodian of sealed envelopes
Documents are stored encrypted and processed only to apply the watermark when shared. The readable copy is discarded straight away, never written to disk or logged.

Our infrastructure operator is identified in our Privacy Policy as a POPIA operator under a written mandate.
A way back
When a retention period ends, GoTecID reminds you and drafts the deletion request — you review and send it.
